Coach Mark Welch enters his 8th season as Head Coach of Windsor High School with a reputation of fairness, honesty & hard work. Through leadership & discipline, Coach “Welch” has established Windsor high Football program as one of the best in the CCC West. The Warriors have been one of the most compensative programs in the state of Connecticut & under the leadership of coach is planning to take this program to the next level which is a state tile.  Under Coach Mark Welch the traditional “Warriors Pride” is as strong as ever.

Coach Mark Welch has been the most successful Football head coach in Windsor High School history.

Coach Welch has had more players go on to play Division I football then any previous coach in Windsor Warriors History.
